Andrew Moukled is a visionary healthcare leader, financial strategist, and operator with a mission to help physicians and dentists unlock the full potential of their practices. As the Founder of MAP, Andrew has grown the company from an ambitious idea into a powerhouse advisory firm supporting over 40 providers and 100+ healthcare professionals across Southwestern Ontario. His leadership continues to drive clinics toward operational excellence, sustainable growth, and stronger patient outcomes.
Andrew’s journey into healthcare began with a solid foundation in finance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the Odette School of Business and launched his career at leading financial institutions, where he led retail teams as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager. He later transitioned into the automotive manufacturing sector, where, as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, he led transformative initiatives including multi-million-dollar plant acquisitions. These experiences shaped his reputation as a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with an ability to manage complexity while delivering results.
At MAP, Andrew works side by side with physicians and dentists to launch clinics, scale operations, streamline finances, and navigate Ontario’s regulatory landscape. From optimizing OHIP billing and increasing patient access to recruiting top talent and supporting owner transitions in dental practices, his work has empowered healthcare entrepreneurs to thrive in both clinical care and business leadership.
Andrew believes the most impactful change comes from passion, perseverance, and staying rooted in purpose. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University to continue expanding his global perspective and shape healthcare systems for the future. When not leading MAP, Andrew finds his greatest joy in family life with his wife Jessica and their two children, Massimo and Aleya.
